Initiate Your Request
Log into your Leeford account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
